Central New Jersey 113 is a 0-6-0 steam locomotive built for the Central Railroad of New Jersey (CNJ) by the American Locomotive Company [[Schenectady Locomotive Works] in Schenectady, New Yourk. 113 is one of two surviving Jersey Central steam locomotives and the only one operable. CNJ used 113 in yard operations from the locomotive's delivery in 1923 until it was sold to the Philadelphia & Reading Coal & Iron Co.(now Reading Anthracite Company) c.1953. It was stored at Locust Summit near Ashland, PA until the late 1980s when it was purchased by Robert E. Kimmel Sr. and moved to Minersville, PA in 1991.

In 1999, restoration began in earnest, and after a decade-long effort working outdoors on an abandoned spur, lacking proper shop facilities, and utilizing volunteer labor, 113 was fired up for the first time in 2010. Her first moves under steam would wait another two years pending additional funding and appliance work on her air compressor and generator. She made her first journey under steam in over 50 years in November 2012, and in September 2013 left Minersville for the first time since she was brought there cold, joining Reading, Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad 425 in Schuylkill Haven, PA for the borough's annual Borough Days festival.
