Howard's Law[edit]

This article seems to rely on one "source" that's questionable at best. A quick Google search on this subject indicates that it could be a hoax. An IP user suggested on the talk page back in 2008 that this could be a hoax but no further action was taken at that time or any other time. Delete - Definitely seems like a hoax. If it is, be sure to put it on Wikipedia:List of hoaxes on Wikipedia.
