Wikipedia:WikiProject Nortel[edit]

Per User:Gigs/Avaya_Pushers, I have identified this as a sham Wikiproject that is a front for mostly SPAs and sock/meatpuppets that edit to promote Avaya/Nortel products and Keep them at AfD regardless of notability, while deleting, tagging, and reducing coverage of Avaya competitors. Delete per the detailed and careful findings that appear at the Avaya Pushers page. We got rid of the Article Rescue Squadron's template because it was seen as canvassing for a particular point of view on AFDs, and that was just an internal thing: it didn't appear to be related to anything off-wiki. Seeking to influence lots of AFDs in order to promote a company is substantially worse, and the activities of this company's online employees will ensure that this page be useless for honeypot purposes.
