Plot

Ryuzaki, the editor of a physique magazine, begins a relationship with a man named Kitami after meeting him at a bodybuilding competition. It soon transpires that Kitami is a sadist, and when Ryuzaki is no longer able to tolerate his violent tendencies, he cuts Kitami's arm off with a katana. A year later, Ryuzaki is recently released from prison following the incident. He devotes his time to searching for Kitami, while also seeking a copy of Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom to screen at the movie theater where he now works.

Kitami agrees to be with Ryuzaki, on the condition that Ryuzaki cut off his own arm. Ryuzaki takes the katana, but instead uses it to slash out his own eyes; now blind, he remarks that he will now always see Ryuzaki's body as it was the day that they met. The film concludes with Kitami and Ryuzaki dancing on a pier while "Ostia (The Death of Pasolini)" by Coil plays.
