Hi, I'm Dario. I am a researcher in social computing and cognitive science based in London (UK). I am a lecturer with the School of Communication of Sciences Po (France) and a research associate with the Centre for Research in Social Simulation, University of Surrey (UK).

I work as a strategic research consultant for the Wikimedia Foundation, where I coordinate the Wikimedia Research Committee. Some of my recent Wikimedia projects include a study and visualization of the longest Article for Deletion discussions and a survey to identify opportunities and barriers to expert participation in Wikipedia.

As an open source and open data advocate as well as TeX-addict, and you may occasionally find me edit articles on digital typography, but most of my contributions are about London in history and architecture (see for example: Smithfield, London ). I joined Wikipedia as an editor in 2004.
