At the same time, according to Iranica (https://iranicaonline.org/articles/iran-viii1-persian-literature-pre-islamic), little of pre-Islamic Iranian written heritage (including Middle Persian) can be considered to be literature. Also, per Maria Macuch hardly any of these inscriptions has literary value. undo

There are manuscripts and inscriptions in all other literatures mentioned here goes back far from 1st century. Therefore Avestan literature was removed. undo
