- Russian authorities report that 11 suspects, including the four assailants from yesterday's terrorist attack, have been arrested. Islamic State, which is claiming responsibility, denies it, saying the attackers retreated safely, disagreeing also over Ukraine's responsibility. The death toll has risen to at least 133 people.
