Deepsea Challenger - is a 24 foot deep submersible created by James Cameron. It was secretly built in Australia. Cameron's goal is to dive to the deepest point on earth Challenger Deep [1]
Records
On March 7, 2012 Cameron made a record breaking dive in the Challenger to a depth of five miles, beating the record held by Japanese vehicles by a mile.[2]
