Victory Day 60th anniversary commemorated in Russia

Someone please make an article out of this. It's like major news and stuff ;).

60th anniversary of the capitulation of en:Nazi Germany is celebrated in Russia and former Soviet republics.

The parade on en:Red Square has just started. It was raining despite the efforts to blow the clouds away (with aircrafts - I dunno how they do it :) ). The leaders of 40+ countries and heads of several international organisations attend the parade. The high-level guests are en:George Bush, en:Hu Jintao, en:Kofi Annan, en:Junichiro Koizumi, en:Gerhard Schröder (others?)

Average Moscow citizens are not allowed to the parade. The exits from several metropolitan stations are closed. Mass celebrations would be held at Poklonnaya Gora, Moscow's primary WW2 memorial.
