I agree, and so does ITIS (Lycalopex Burmeister, 1854), Mammal Species of the World (Lycalopex) as well as Wiktionary (Lycalopex) and English Wikipedia (South American fox). They all list Lycalopex as the presently valid taxon, and consider Pseudalopex as a junior synonym.
