metadata[edit]

The copy of the data rescanned on a different date has lost some pixel clarity, known as metadata, is not the original, it is a trace of the original. If the original is still available, it can be compared, if the original has been deleted, then there might be a gap Where the original would have been.

Forensics can be used to locate the closest date.

Name[edit]

The name is quite misleading. This is not the "international"/global Wiktionary logo, the tiles logo is. --Nemo 20:44, 31 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

✓ Done by renaming to a disambiguated title and redirecting the unqualified title to the "global" logo. I saw in 2016 one user introduced the logo by mistake on several wikis, so this is the least painful solution. Local reuploads (probably on some or all English-language projects, which may want to keep "consistency" with the English Wiktionary) are probably the easiest/most stable solution to avoid any local confusion. --Nemo 11:27, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
