Deutsch: Tübingen. Einmauern des Grundsteins des „Hauses der Jugend“, der heutigen Jugendherberge in der Hermann-Kurz-Straße. In der Mitte Eugen Nägele als Vertreter des Schwäbischen Jugendherbergswerk, links von ihm der Gebietsleiter der Hitlerjugend in Württemberg Erich Sundermann und Kreisleiter des NSDAP Helmut Baumert, rechts der Bürgermeister (und der künftige Oberbürgermeister) Ernst Weinmann.
