These are both obviously not the uploader's own work under a CC license as claimed. File:Tony Awards 30 March 1952.png is from the Bettmann archive, compare [1], and File:Manhattan church during Gertrude Lawrence’s funeral.png (with a GettyImages watermark) is a LIFE magazine photo by photographer Allan Grant, compare [2]. Until proven otherwise, these two images must be presumed to be still copyrighted, and the files should be deleted per the precautionary principle.
