Romanian law (section 33 (1)(h) of the law of Copyright of 1996) requires us to have the permission of the person who created the monument as well as that of the photographer (see COM:FOP). 79.112.19.138 06:05, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This was not added to the deletion requests log, nor was the owner informed. I'm following up on that now.

 Delete This building was still being built by Caucescu in 1989 when he was overthrown from power. The architect cannot be dead for 70 years here. Since the photo focuses exclusively on the building, it violates Romanian copyright laws since Romania has no COM:FOP You need the architect's permission to host the photo here but no permission is forthcoming.
