• In contrast to the practice of counting MediaWiki namespace edits as admin actions for regular admins that was followed in previous activity runs, the policy states to count only admin actions that are logged as such in the XTools adminstats. Therefore, like the last run, this run does not consider such edits as admin actions.
• Admin actions for non-admin interface admins = MediaWiki namespace edits + Content model changes (requiring IA rights).
• Abuse filter, CommonsDelinker and KrinkleBot (no admin actions each) are exempt for being bot accounts.
• Inactive administrators will be notified via talk page message and email.
