Word has been received here that Adam Opid, a nephew of the iate Mme. Modjeska, and who accompanied Count Bozenta, the madaine's husband, on his sad journey to Poland with his famous wife's remains, has been arrested in Poland by German officials and cast into prison, where he must remain a year, later serving six years in the German army.—San Benito Advance. -..It-
