Multi-winner system
A multi-winner system is an electoral system in which multiple individuals can win election to an office. There are various methods of voting in a multi-winner system. Common methods include block voting and ranked-choice voting.[1][2]
Multi-winner systems are contrasted with single-winner systems. In single-winner systems, a constituency elects one candidate for one office.[1][2]
