Mark Vargo (Republican Party) was the Attorney General of South Dakota. He assumed office on June 28, 2022. He left office on January 2, 2023.

Biography

Mark Vargo earned a bachelor's degree from Princeton University in 1985 and a law degree from Georgetown University in 1988. Vargo's career experience includes working as the Pennington County state's attorney, an assistant United States attorney with the District of South Dakota, and an adjunct professor.[1][2]
