Kimberly Barrow
Kimberly Barrow is a member of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. She assumed office on August 31, 2023. Her current term ends on April 1, 2028.
Barrow was nominated to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission by Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro (D) on April 14, 2023 to replace Gladys Brown.[1]
Barrow was confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate on August 30, 2023, and took office on August 31, 2023. [2]
Biography
Prior to her appointment to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Barrow served Chief of Staff for former Chair Gladys Brown from 2013 to 2023. Barrow served as Chief of Staff for former Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission member Wayne Gardner from 2008 to 2013. [3]
Education
Barrow earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish from the University of Georgia. She earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. [4]
