Ann M. Donnelly is a judge for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. President Barack Obama nominated Donnelly to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York on November 20, 2014. She was confirmed to the position on October 20, 2015.[1][2]

Donnelly received her B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1981 and her J.D. degree from Ohio State University College of Law in 1984.[3]

Donnelly received a rating of Unanimously Qualified from the American Bar Association.[5]
Donnelly's nomination was returned on December 31, 2014. She was renominated by President Barack Obama on January 7, 2014.[6]
Donnelly had a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on May 6, 2015 and was confirmed by the Senate on October 20, 2015.[7][2]
Bronx County Supreme Court
Donnelly was a judge of the Bronx County Supreme Court, Criminal Term in the 12th Judicial District of New York from 2009-2015. She has also served on the New York Court of Claims since 2009. Her term was scheduled to expire in 2017, but she was confirmed to a position in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2015.[3][8]
