According to 維基大典:章法, 若有名非漢字者，倚音譯而非廣所聞，意譯而不達；至原名難以解釋，又非簡稱而能還原者；且無別名得援引、得翻譯：則存其原名也，不爲不可。如天文物化，開物之學，未有漢字之謂，且不得而文之者，可直用原名. "文題之名，非漢字而不取" is opposed to "非原名不可". You say "會館議可西文書者，唯有「阿Q正傳」", please show the relevant discussion. By the way, there isn't the article 阿Q正傳 in Classicial Chinese Wikipedia. If there is a Chinese translation that is commonly used, we can name the article by the Chinese translation due to here is Classicial Chinese Wikipedia, which makes Template:非漢字不入題 unnecessary. However, there are so many articles whose titles are original research without any reliable source in Classicial Chinese Wikipedia.
