The University of the Philippines Baguio has grown for decades of its existence but it remains to be a warm and nurturing community. The UP Baguio Ladies Residence Hall, also known as UP BREHA, has epitomized this spirit through the years. So, this residence hall is once more dedicated to the students of UP Baguio who will reside here.

Our vision is to be remembered as a warm home for student residents as they live in this cold city and until they go back to their alma mater.
Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable, and healthy living environment for students, faculty, and visitors as they embark on their educational journey.
Goals and Objectives
- Develop a healthy and productive dormitory living environment for students.
- Encourage students to experience communal life with discipline and good moral character.
- Provide an accommodation that is clean, safe, and comfortable for students, faculty, and UP Baguio visitors.
Services Offered
Approval of Late/Overnight/Home Permits
Reservation of Residency
This service is to accommodate the reservation of students in availing living facilities in the dormitory for the duration of one semester. Applications are open for the whole semester as long as there are available slots and student applicants must meet the qualifications and meet the requirements.
Who may avail this service?
Interested UPB incoming freshman and qualified upper class female students.
Qualifications:
- Qualified for admission are undergraduate female students at the University of the Philippines Baguio who are identified as a priority by the University. To wit:
- Freshmen with low income and/or FDS grantees
- Graduating students with low income and/or FDS grantees
- Other year levels with low income and/or FDS grantees (upon availability of slots)
- Other qualifications:
- Fully vaccinated students (completion of two primary doses (one dose for those who received Janssen) and ONE booster dose.
- Family economic status or SLAS bracket
- Place of origin
- Readmission is based on the resident’s performance evaluation during their last term of stay.

This service is for residents who wish to go home beyond curfew hours. Residents can secure late, overnight, or home permits in the office, to ensure their parents about their safety and location.

Request for Statement of Accounts/ Billing Statement
This service is given to residents when they pay their monthly rent. This will be prepared by the Dorm manager or House Attendants in the dorm office.
