5 Star Business Texting Software

Text Request is a great business texting software. Our team uses the web-based version and the mobile app version of the software. Text Request uses our business' landline's phone number to allow us to text. There's lots of great features like SMS chat (the live chat feature on websites), templates for text messages, form fields (you can upload CSV files of customer data to really customize text messages), mass text messages and keywords.

Easy to contact our patients without…

Easy to contact our patients without the hassle of being unable to reach them due to them thinking we are a spam caller. The fact that they can reply to me via text is also very useful as we all have times where we are busy or driving and cannot necessarily write down important information or talk at the moment.

They are a great program that allows us…

They are a great program that allows us to reach out to patients and give them a myriad of info without having to get someone to pick up the phone. They can also respond to you through the same app you use to contact them. p cool stuff dude!

I like that it's easy to use

I like that it's easy to use. I have it up all day and I can definitely distinguish which texts I haven't read. I love sending group emails and scheduling the texts at a certain time. Thanks so much.

Time Saver and User Friendly App!

Text Request makes it faster and so convenient to communicate with our customers. They can send job photos, and it enables us to provide job estimates without having to drive to their home. It saves us time and the customer as well.

Text Request Is Where It's At!

We've used Text Request for around 3 years now and have to say it's convenience, costs, and functionality are well worth having around for any business. It allows you to keep using your VOIP (or Landline) for incoming/outgoing calls, and let's you text directly from said number without having to change carriers! Not only that, they allow everyone to have individual dashboards with other numbers for other use cases like reminders, billing, etc so you're not all just sharing one large dashboard with all other texts in it like most twilio built dashboards. So, just try it. You won't be disappointed, and their customer service is amazing as well.
If you're looking to be able to upload csv files and send mass texts, it'll even make sure they don't get blocked in a spam filter!

Scheduling appointments.

Text request is such a great help to our business. It has made it so much easier to set up service appointments. We have over 500 every spring and fall. This helps tons. Customers tend to answer a text much quicker then a phone call or voicemai. Love text request!

Text Request is a must have!

They have a great platform that is adaptable to all business types. They have solutions to optimize communicating with patients/customers for scheduling, (you can even set delayed messages to be released on set date and time), great for collections, reminder of labs, testing, etc.

I found that everyone I worked with was knowledgable and very helpful. Always checked back to make sure any questions was solved. Had one issue with my website and they instructed me on what needed to be changed. Thank you

Took longer than anticipated.

With all of the initial communication, we were led to believe that converting from another company could happen the same day that I signed up for Text Request. It took 2 days for us to be able to send texts using the new service. I'm still not sure what the problem was.

TextRequest makes me more efficient

TextRequest has a lot of amazing features to make my job more efficient, including sending group messages, creating templates, assigning contacts with tags to stay organized, etc. There will occasionally be outages of service, but they are usually resolved quickly and notifications will be sent out about any service performance issues. I also like that we can include a signature line on each message, but it has the option to be removed if needed.

The overall set up process was smooth

The overall set up process was smooth. I do wish that in there would have been a little more communication with the Payrix process. Just maybe letting us know about the hold on funds for 5-7 business days. Other than that I have been impressed!

TextRequest is a Reliable Friend in a Sea of Scoundrels

TextRequest is an honest SMS provider that cares about our issues and responded to them as fast as we can reasonably expect. Other vendors like Klara, Nimble, and ZipWhip all played games to extract money out of us, TextRequest saved us from having to deal with all of them. 6/5 would get again.

Not worth the money

Text don’t always come in immediately. The app crashes and you have to close it out and reopen. Google reviews and Facebook connect is an extra charge which when you sign up was part of the package. Now it’s a $100 add on.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE

INCREDIBLE SERVICE
We have been working on replacing Zip Whip which was decommissioned by Twilio. Text Request made the process so simple, we were up and running in 15 minutes, while we waited over 24-48 hours to hear back from other providers. They worked to get Twilio to release our phone # over 72 hours.
