Both refer to the same species of butterfly. H. piceatus is the more updated one, and H. piceata is the current synonym, and should be merged into H. piceatus. A lot of the databases have not caught up with this, as per Dunn and Dunn's 1991 Review of Australian Butterflies: distribution, life history and taxonomy. H. piceatus is recognized as such by current authorities (including the Australian government), and reflects the naming system which unified grammatical gender of the specific and generic epiphets. Hey, I'm not on expert on taxonomy but I think WikiProject Taxonomy has agreed that there should be separate items for each taxon name even if they are they are the same species. I corrected the DACS ID (2022) (P10706) url form but it takes around 24 hours for the change to happen in Wikidata. Here's Nikolai Petrovich Maksimov's page on DACS. Q1197883 for the english Wikipedia article is a redirect to the same article as Q6090776. however, the russian Q1197883 article is defunct, has a link to Q6090776, which is... a different article

Something gotta be done but I don't know how, MergeItems was no use because descriptions are different. It doesn't help that by its very nature the article is written in, like, every language ever.
