– If the school you request is part of a district (e.g. Stocking Elementary School in the Grand Rapids Public Schools district), please request the district. Individual schools are only listed in our system if they are NOT part of a district (e.g. West Michigan Aviation Academy).
– Each school/district/place of worship closure is sent as an individual email to your email address.
– WOOD TV8’s text message system was discontinued in 2020. Please do not request text messages. You can check with your school district to see if it has an independent text message system.
