A world away from what he's used to, Carmy must balance the soul-crushing realities of small business ownership, his strong-willed and recalcitrant kitchen staff and his strained familial relationships, all while grappling with the impact of his brother's suicide. Inkoo Kang New Yorker The new season, like its Michelin-hungry protagonist, has lost sight of what made it great. Jul 8, 2024 Full Review Camilla Long Times (UK) This is a show that is at once beautiful, intriguing and soulful, yet also feels too much like homework. Jul 8, 2024 Full Review Eliza Berman TIME Magazine “Ice Chips” is a deviation from this trend. The scars and trauma that propel it are largely the emotional kind. It traffics in mundanity, presenting labor as simultaneously overwhelming and normal, dramatic and familiar. Jul 5, 2024 Full Review Devansh Sharma Hindustan Times The prequel to John Krasisnki's franchise gets more urgent, relatable, and equally thrilling. Jul 8, 2024 Full Review Kaleena Rivera Pajiba The best of the season comes in pieces, usually between the repetitive glut of flashbacks that begin to border on tedious. Without a defined throughline running along the season, the show’s quality gets dragged down by its lack of cohesiveness. Jul 8, 2024 Full Review Jared Mobarak Hey, Have You Seen ...? Whereas Storer has been fantastic at letting the plot run through character development, he's lost in a disconnect here. Those aspects are operating individually in a way that shows how superior the latter is to the former. Rated: 7/10 Jul 5, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Reza S No fault of the cast but this season was really bad. The episodes are all over the place and the music at times is just plain awful and doesnt fit. Some of the backstories are solid and Jamie lee delivers again but overall it was a poorly written season. Still a special show and I have faith season 4 will redeem! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 07/09/24 Full Review David Dmitry K Feels like the writer had an obligation to fill but absolutely no interest in writing the season. There is almost zero point and zero development and the attempts at comic relief are frustratingly contrived. I cannot recall a bigger decline from season to season for any show. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/09/24 Full Review Franco T Shame on the critics for that super inflated score. Episodes are so boring and dragged on pointlessly. Season 3 is a different show, one I didn't sign up for. Continually encountered episodes I wanted to just fast forward through. Most of us are completionists so we'll suffer through despite the reviews, but if season 4 is anything like season 3, I'm out. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/09/24 Full Review DONNA S So disappointed....this is so slow and boring its painful to watch...im at episode 6 and still saying WTF is this....from cutting screens to stupid banter between cast members ...if they didn't have a story for this season than better they put our nothing than to show this.... Rated 1 out of 5 stars 07/08/24 Full Review Audience Member The show was great in the first two seasons, but Edebiri's directing in Season 3 was atrocious. Either you were bored or assaulted with pointless montages about Chicago, which none of the actors live in. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 07/08/24 Full Review Kik S What happened? Aimless, regressive, completely sidelines half the cast, insane to believe this is a product of the same creative team behind the brilliant first 2 seasons. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 07/08/24 Full Review Read all reviews
