My focus as your therapist is to help you with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem trauma history, abuse/neglect, interpersonal effectiveness, and parenting/relationship issues. In a session with me we will work together to learn new and healthy ways of coping, identify and express emotions both past and current, and continue to make steps forward for a future worth living.
Jessica specializes in working with individuals in the areas of anxiety/depression, relationship conflict/attachment, ADHD, and the lasting impact of childhood trauma. Her focus as your therapist is to foster a safe accepting space to explore your triggers, thoughts, and feelings.
