Can I use the site if I am not a student or a staff member?
Yes, the site is available to anyone wanting to book on any of our short courses, conferences or to purchase products that are advertised.

Can I use the site if I do not have a computer?
https://www.store.hud.ac.uk is available as an online service. Access to the site, can be made from any location with internet access. This can be from a computer or any other device that has internet access

Do I have to book anything every time I visit https://www.store.hud.ac.uk?
No, the store is available for users to browse. https://www.store.hud.ac.uk is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to attend any of the advertised short courses/events, then you can either register with https://www.store.hud.ac.uk, when prompted, using your e-mail address and choosing your own password, or you can use our Guest Check Out facility although this will not give the full range of options that having an account with us allows.

How do I receive confirmation of my order?
When booking from https://www.store.hud.ac.uk and payment has been taken by card, you will receive confirmation on screen of your order details which you should be printed and an e-mail will automatically be sent to the e-mail address supplied with your initial registration, showing the short courses/events booked.

What if I forget my password?
At each login stage you will see a forgotten password button, simply enter your e-mail address and a link will be sent to your email address so that you can reset your password.

Is there a limit to what I can book from the https://www.store.hud.ac.uk?
There is no limit on the short courses/conference that you can book, other than any limitation on the availability of places and any limits on the card that will be used for making payment. On certain short courses/conferences there may be limits on the number of places that an individual can book. On certain short courses/conferences there may be a waiting list that you can be added if all the places are currently taken. No payment will be taken for waiting list places.

Am I able to change my order?
You can keep adding and deleting items to your shopping basket, but once your payment details are processed your booking will be fulfilled.

The transaction is complete, but I have made a mistake, what can I do?
Should you have a problem after completing a booking, please contact the designated contact as listed.
