You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the account registration process. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Service:
(a) Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
(b) Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;

(d) Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
(e) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Service or attempting to access the source code or bypass any security measures;
(f) Using the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by STAYY LLC., a Delaware limited liability company, and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
2.2 Limited License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
2.3 Restrictions: You may not, without our prior written consent: (a) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service; (b) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Service; (c) Use any automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Service or extract data from it.
3. Third-Party Services and Content
The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party services or websites. We have no control over such third-party services or content and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of such third-party services or content. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STAYY LLC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROPERTY, PROFITS, OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STAYY LLC. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and STAYY LLC. regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether oral or written.
