UPDATED:

Michael Rubin, the billionaire founder of the online sports apparrel retailer Fanatics, who for three years has thrown over-the-top 4th of July parties at his $50 million dollar Mecox Bay home, took it up a notch this year with his invitations.

Rubin commissioned artist George Condo, who collaborated in 2010 with Kanye West for West’s album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, to create signed, numbered, framed, 24 x 24-inch original artworks that were hand delivered to guests. Some were hand-colored and personalized, prompting Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady and Drake to post about them.

Known as The White Party, the ultra-exclusive soiree has been known to have several checkpoints for entry with security peering in trunks of cars for crashers.

The invitations are said to be worth a cool $25,000 each.

Arthur & Sons opens

West Village Italian favorite Arthur & Sons opened to great fanfare in Bridgehampton last weekend, hosting Chris Cuomo with pal actor Gregg Bello at one table and Charlie Walk at another. Across the room, Donny Deutsch was spotted dining with “Late Night with Seth Meyers” producer Haleigh Raff.

The popular old-school, third-generation eatery is a celeb favorite in NYC, having hosted Cindy Crawford, John Mayer, Dionne Warwick and Andy Cohen – who will likely be turning up at the new outpost, as he lives in The Hamptons.
