Facilitated learning for organisations and individuals

We provide bespoke learning activities to help you or your organisation develop the knowledge and skills needed to achieve a more equitable and sustainable world.

We work with individuals and organisations at the forefront of social change. Our clients include governments, UN agencies, philanthropic organisations, and non-governmental and civil society organisations.

Our faculty bring unique expertise in designing and facilitating interactive and supportive learning environments that are shaped by participants’ needs and designed to promote mutual learning and exchange.

We view our clients as partners, and this is reflected in our collaborative approach to the design and delivery of learning programmes. The format of our facilitated learning options varies widely according to need but can involve, for example: technical training; thematic workshops, events and seminars; reading weeks; short courses; mentoring; technical advice and backstopping; and mobilisation of knowledge networks and resources.

We are expert in a wide range of themes and geographies. For example, recent learning activities have helped inform national government strategies on mental health and good governance, pedagogical reform in African universities, and stimulated evidence uptake in Jordan’s government.
