James S. Davidson

Mr. Davidson is a former FBI agent of 23 years. He spent most of his career investigating violent and organized crime in Los Angeles. Mr. Davidson also served in Ukraine as the FBI's Acting Legal Attaché, in Israel investigating terrorism and organized crime, and at FBIHQ as an Assistant Inspector. As a Los Angeles field agent, Mr. Davidson was part of a small team of investigators and prosecutors who won a prestigious DOJ award for the investigation, prosecution, and conviction of multiple defendants in an international organized kidnapping and murder ring. In addition to serving as President of FBI Integrity Project, Mr. Davidson recently served as a board member of Digital Retail Apps, Inc., a Toronto-based tech start-up. He is also an angel investor in two promising tech start-ups, and a long-time investor in a succesful Los Angeles security firm.

Formerly a staff accountant with Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Dupre holds a perfect score in the FBI Academy's fitness test and his name is forever inscribed on a plaque that hangs on the east wall of the academy's fitness center. Mr. Dupre spent 25 years as an FBI special agent, investigating economic crimes, drug trafficking, and crimes against children. He also served as the Sacramento Division's media coordinator, a SWAT operator, and a firearms instructor.

Mr. Kravitz received a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston. He later earned an M.S. in International History from the London School of Economics. In 2009, he founded eVoter, a non-partisan voter information and candidate marketing platform. Mr. Kravitz is currently lead partner at Kravitz & Co., P.A., a Miami-based law practice that focuses on Corporate, Securities, M&A, Technology, and International Transactions.

Ms. Hoang is a Stockton native. She was born to refugee parents. She is an attorney and a respected risk management professional with over 10 years of experience mitigating risk through quantitative and qualitative analysis. She is a speaker and author in this field. Ms. Hoang was honored by the Sacramento Business Journal’s 40 under 40 for her professional accomplishments and community involvement. She works for the Sacramento Municipal Utility District as its Enterprise Risk Manager. She also serves on the executive board for the FBI Sacramento Citizens' Academy Alumni Association.

Mr. Hood finished his 25-year FBI career as an adjunct professor of leadership and ethics for the University of Virginia while serving as an instructor at the prestigious FBI National Academy. Since 2000, Mr. Hood has taught Fortune 500 companies and government executives’ leadership, ethics, and crisis leadership. Mr. Hood is a faculty member and forensic accounting professor at the University of Virginia. He is also the author of the critically acclaimed book, Eat More Ice Cream: A Succinct Leadership Lesson for Each Week of the Year. He has an M.B.A. from Boston University.

Mr. Lange is the Chief Financial Officer at Collectors Editions, Inc. Previously, he graduated from California State University - Northridge with a B.A. in Accounting and spent several years as a staff and in-charge accountant at Stonefield Josephson in Santa Monica, CA. Mr. Lange is the Treasurer of FBI Integrity Project.

Mr. Di Roma brings valuable experience to FBI Integrity Project. He retired in 2016 after a distinguished 21-year career as an FBI agent. After substantial field experience, Mr. Di Roma spent the latter half of his career in the FBI's Congressional Liaison Office and then as Chief Division Counsel and Ethics Officer in the Sacramento Division. Prior to entering the FBI, Mr. Di Roma was in private legal practice in Los Angeles.

Mr. Gruen earned a B.S. from Wayne State University in Detroit and an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA’s School of Theatre, Film, & Television. His work as a screenwriter earned him a number of screenwriting awards. Additionally, Mr. Gruen’s advertising work at Chiat/Day and Ogilvy & Mather included award-winning TV, print, and radio campaigns for Nike, American Express, and Nissan/Infiniti. Mr. Gruen advises on media strategy and messaging.

Mr. Evans’ career spanned 47 years as an IT professional. Forty-four of those years were spent developing software in a variety of languages and platforms from embedded microprocessors to mainframes with an emphasis on classified communications systems for the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, NSA, and NASA. Mr. Evans worked on the development of the 2nd generation of National Crime Information Center (NCIC) software for 20 years. Mr. Evans retired from the FBI in 2013. Since retiring, Mr. Evans has consulted on N3G, NCIC’s third generation software.

Mr. Miller is CEO of MILLERGROUP, which specializes in complex and sensitive investigations, including due diligence, surveillance, ID fraud, and missing persons. Mr. Miller's firm also provides protective services for public figures that have concerns about inappropriate pursuers, stalkers, or paparazzi. Mr. Miller was previously a reserve police officer in Santa Monica. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University - Sacramento.

By the time Mr. Hathaway retired from the FBI, he had logged 34 years in federal, state, and local law enforcement, and the military. He is now the Vice President of Tactical Programs for Guardian Centers of Georgia, LLC. During his 20-year FBI career, Mr. Hathaway served as Commander of the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team (HRT). Prior to this, Mr. Hathaway was an Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Richmond Division, a Supervisory Special Agent of the National Capitol Response squad in Washington, DC, and an HRT operator and team leader.
