Mobile vet Mike Walter and attorneys Orlando Rodriguez and Joseph Diego Taylor (both former DJs) have been there – and they’ll show you how to prevent such a situation in the first place.

Last year, Walter’s company had to sue a client. He enlisted Rodriguez to help. In doing so, Rodriguez pointed out a few shortcomings in Elite's contract that would have protected the company much better, and Walter learned some valuable lessons going forward.

So, in this Q&A discussion, Walter the DJ will interview the attorneys about things that should and shouldn't be included in the small print for mobile entertainers. They’ll also discuss various other ways DJs can avoid taking clients to court… but still prevailing should they have to. There will also be time for Rodriguez and Taylor to answer legal questions from attendees, and you'll find out how Elite won its case against the client.
