Politicians who insist a united Ireland will not happen are blind to the obvious changes in the NI-GB relationship since 1972
Gavin Robinson was sounding very bullish the other day in an interview with the Press Association.
When asked about the possibility of a united Ireland, he said support for it hadn’t shifted forward in a quarter of a century and in 50 years’ time, as far as Northern Ireland was concerned: “I can guarantee you it’ll be part of the Union.”
