Attention, taco lovers! Tacodeli’s newest location is opening July 17, and at this new South Lamar joint, they want you to stay awhile.

“I feel like there are parts of Austin that are going away very quickly and we’re trying to show people that it’s still around,” says Andy Todd, owner of Deep End Subs, as the CapMetro Red Line train rumbles in the background.

“You’ve never met anybody who loves to eat crawfish more than I do,” says Stephen Shallcross, the owner of 2 Dine 4 Hospitality.

“Frankly speaking, I never thought I would go this far,” admits Wee Fong Ehlers, the chef and owner of critically acclaimed Malaysian restaurant Wee’s Cozy Kitchen, which recently opened at Royal Blue Grocery on 609 Congress Ave.
