Farm Bill Primers
The current farm bill is set to expire in 2023. The House and Senate have begun holding hearings to consider the next iteration of this legislation. To support and inform this process, AEI has put together a series of ten one-page primers through our Center for Agricultural Policy Studies. These ten primers loosely correspond with the twelve titles of the farm bill, providing a brief overview of the history, scope, intent, impact, and cost of various farm bill programs.
