Several misconceptions diffused by colonial historians and totalitarian governments need immediate refutation. Ancient Ethiopia and its borders Part of the Abyssinian state propaganda advances the idea that in the Antiquity “the Cushites populated the whole of Eastern Africa” and that “the majority lived in present day Abyssinia”. Even worse, these falsifiers diffuse the idea that at those days “Sudan and Ethiopia were one country” to add that “Abyssinians were just a few Sabaean (Yemenite) refugees who intermingled with the Kushite population”. This is absolutely wrong, although there are some correct elements in it. In addition, it is said in a very misleading way! Even more, it is self-contradictory. The Western countries view Abyssinia transvestite into Ethiopia as a marginal, poor, and starving state, abandoned to permanent underdevelopment. Despite all the self-humiliating tactics, Westerners did not offer Abyssinia any guarantee that they would help the country build its dam in the Nile (nearby lake Tana). The country, plunged into terrible civil war as the oppressed Oromos, Ogadenis, Afars and Sidamas, is impotent and fearful even of Egypt, one of the weakest and poorest countries of the Middle East. They anticipate that if they build a dam, the Egyptians will bring it down. Yet, the Western advisors of Haile Selassie, who convinced him to change the country’s name, aimed at the Sudan mostly. I will help illuminate a story that has not been widely known. The key person in influencing Haile Selassie to rename his country was Jean Leclant, currently Permanent Secretary of the French Academie des Inscriptions et Belles Lettres. Leclant was asked personally by Haile Selassie in 1952 to found the Service des Antiquites de l' Ethiopie, which he did at the same time another French Egyptologist, Jean Vercoutter, founded the Service of Antiquities of Sudan. Jean Leclant was my professor for the period 1978 - 1981 in Sorbonne, Ecole Pratique, and College de France. There was another influential Semitologist with Leclant in Abyssinia at those days; he was specialized in Ge'ez, Syriac, and Aramaic, and became later Professor at the College de France and academician: Andre Caquot. Leclant and Caquot explained to Haile Selassie the political benefits ensuing from the generalization of the use of the name Ethiopia by Abyssinia. I would like to report herewith that all Amharas working in the INALCO, like Argaw Mekonnen revered and venerated Leclant in extremis, because of his personal friendship with Haile Selassie. My great consideration for my former professor is still valid, limited exclusively in the academic sphere. East Africa´s most loathsome tyrannies, Sudan (Real Ethiopia) and Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia), are characterized by many similarities that in and by themselves bear witness to the fact that the same evil plan has been implemented in both realms to plunge the local populations into underdevelopment, abject poverty, monstrous oppression and deliberate genocide. Within a few days the totalitarian colonial state of Abyssinia, comically self-styled as ‘Ethiopia’, will inaugurate the macabre ceremonials of the supposedly Ethiopian Millennium. This is not Ethiopian, and certainly not a Millennium by any means. Why this anachronistic and dysfunctional, dictatorial entity celebrates the beginning of the third millennium on September 11, 2007? The correct term: the Ge'ez Millennium of the Abyssinians We will briefly analyze the falsification of the name, before presenting an enumeration of miscalculations that led the Abyssinians assume that 2000 years separate us now from the birth of Jesus. The people who believe this fallacy are the Amhara and Tigray tribes that are the descendants of the Axumite Abyssinians; their Semitic origins have been retraced in Pre-Islamic Yemen, where epigraphic evidence informs us about the tribe of Habashat that in various successive waves during the 2nd half of the 1st millennium BCE migrated from there to Africa, across the Bab el Mandeb straits. All pre-Christian remains the Habashat / Abyssinians left in Africa (exclusively unearthed in today’s Eritrea and the Tigray northernmost province of Abyssinia) bear witness to an absolutely Semitic Yemenite – non African – Culture, Religion, Language and Scripture; we could comfortably call it the Yemenite Annex on African soil. This would not be the only; according to the Periplus of the Red Sea, an Ancient Greek text written in the times of Emperor Nero by an Alexandrian Egyptian merchant and captain who had traveled extensively throughout the Red Sea and the Indian Ocean, the entire East African coast from the Horn of Africa (Cape Guardafui – in Ancient Greek Akroterion Aromaton, the Cape of Perfumes) down to Rhapta (approx. Dar es Salam, in today’s Tanzania) was named Azania. Azania was a Yemenite colony absolutely controlled by the Sabaean King, and Yemenites had practiced – according to the aforementioned text – mixed marriages, and learned the local language in order to implement their policies more efficiently. Contrarily to Azania, ‘the Other Berberia’ (in the area of today’s Somaliland) was a locally ruled oligarchy, and Axumite Abyssinia was an independent kingdom mostly active around Adulis, the harbour and port of call in the area of today’s Massawa. In the middle of the 1st century CE, Axum was always overshadowed by Ethiopia, the great Kushitic kingdom of Meroe in the area of today’s Northern Sudan that was bordering with the Roman province of Egypt. In several previous articles, I examined the parallel characteristics of the fake colonial states of Sudan (real Ethiopia) and Abyssinia (fake Ethiopia) that have been the end result of the Freemasonic Orientalist fallacies of Pan-Arabism and Ethiopianism. In this article, I will examine a bogus-historical term that has been constructed by the Freemasonic Orientalist ateliers and academia of France and England to further spread confusion in the wider region, and – more importantly – consolidate the two fallacies in the area, namely the pseudo-doctrines of Pan-Arabism and Ethiopianism: Nubia. "Ottomans, Yemenis and the "Conquest of Abyssinia" (1531-1543)"The Ethiopian ğihād led by Imām Aḥmad against the Christian Empire during the first half of the 16th century had often been considerate as a peripheral consequence of the struggle between Portuguese and Ottoman Empire in the Red Sea. However, sources show that this Ethiopian struggle was totally independent of the context of the Red Sea. The ğihād, witch really began in 1530-1531 but was preceded by several Muslim expeditions since 1527, seems to interest Portuguese and Ottoman only since 1540-1541. This has been extensively studied with regard intervention Portuguese. The Portuguese arrived in Ethiopia in 1540 and met the Muslim troops in 1542. But the role of Ottoman Empire, directly or indirectly, remains unknown. With a new analyse of Ottoman, Yemeni, Ethiopian (Arabic and Ge'ez) and Portuguese sources, this article attempts to understand the role of the Ottoman during this ğihād. Does the Ottomans were aware of the ğihād before its last years? How did they help Muslim troops? Who are the “Turks” that appear in the Ethiopian and Portuguese sources?
The following text is a response sent to an email dispatched to me by the Chairman of the exiled Oromo Parliamentarians who struggle for the Independence and Self-determination of the 5 millennia long Kushitic Ethiopian Nation of the Oromos. The Hamitic - Kushitic Oromo Nation - due to criminal, inhuman and evil persecution conceived by the colonial powers (France, England and America) and executed by the colonially promoted barbaric and incestuous pseudo-Christian Abyssinians - lost their kingdoms and were engulfed within the Cemetery of Nations Fake Ethiopia, which consists in the world's most tyrannical realm and the location of the world's more abhorrent, more enduring, and more multifaceted genocides. There are more than 45 million Oromos in Abyssinia (Fake Ethiopia) and Kenya today, despite the notorious and pathetic falsehood propagated by Wikipedia. The present text enumerates all the major points of historical distortion and falsification carried out and diffused by the colonial academia, mass media, and diplomats, as well as by their local agents and criminal executioners, i.e. the barbaric, incestuous and Anti-Christian tribes of Amhara and Tigray (: the Abyssinians), who usurped the fair name of Ethiopia, which historically denotes the land of North Sudan and the Kushitic Nation that prospered there either in the Antiquity or in the Christian Era. Both, the Oromos and the Arabic-speaking (but not Arab) populations of Northern-Central Sudan are the descendants of Ancient Sudan's (i.e. Ancient Ethiopia's) Kushitic populations. Representative photographic documentation was herewith added to the text in order to better illustrate the topic. Nubia and Abyssinia: Comprehending Their Civil History, Antiquities, Arts, Religion, Literature, and Natural History.
Nubia and Abyssinia: Comprehending Their Civil History, Antiquities, Arts, Religion, Literature, and Natural History.Nubia and Abyssinia: Comprehending their Civil History, Antiquities, Arts, Religion, Literature, and Natural History. Reverend Michael Russell, LL.D. [1833] with a New Introduction by Ambakisye Dukuzumurenyi, Ph.D.. Accra, Ghana: University of New Timbuktu Seba Press, 2019. Pp. iv, 331. [PDF] Originally published in 1833 for a select group of European clerics and scholars, this work written according to the Ancient Model of Historical writing expressed in copious detail the true nature and extent of the Afrikan Origin of Civilization. From the author: “There is no country in the world more interesting to the antiquary and scholar than that which was known to the ancients as "Ethiopia above Egypt," the Nubia and Abyssinia of the present day. It was universally regarded by the poets and philosophers of Greece as the cradle of those arts which at a later period covered the kingdom of the Pharaohs with so many wonderful monuments, as also of those religious rites which, after being slightly modified by the priests of Thebes, were adopted by the ancestors of Homer and Virgil as the basis of their mythology. A description of this remarkable nation, therefore, became a necessary supplement to the "View of Ancient and Modern Egypt," which has been some time before the public. In tracing the connexion of the primitive people who dwelt on the Upper Nile, with the inhabitants of Arabia and of the remoter east, I have availed myself of the latest information that could be derived from Continental authors, as well as from the volumes of such of our own travellers as have ascended above the Second Cataract. The work of Heeren on the Politics, Intercourse, and Trade of the Carthaginians, Ethiopians, and Egyptians, possesses considerable value, not less on account of the ingenious views which it unfolds, than for the happy application of ancient literature to the illustration and embellishment of the main hypothesis. The reader will be surprised at the extent and magnificence of the architectural remains of Nubia, which, in some instances, have been found to rival, and, in others, even to surpass the more celebrated buildings of Egypt. It will no longer be denied by anyone who has seen the splendid work of Gau, that the pattern or type of those stupendous erections, which continue to excite the admiration of the tourist at Karnac, Luxor, and Ghizeh, may be detected in the numerous monuments still visible between the site of the famed Meroe and the falls of Es Souan. The more learned among professional artists are now nearly unanimous in the opinion that the principles of architecture, as well as of religious belief, have descended from Ethiopia to Egypt; receiving improvement in their progress downward, till at length their triumph was completed at Diospolis, in the palace of Osymandias and the temple of Jupiter Amnion.” This now forgotten work is here being reissued and made available by the University of New Timbuktu Seba Press for a Global Afrikan reading audience.
The Euro-cannibals False concepts, ideological and theoretical confusion, treachery, corruption, inducement into high treason, and comprehensive conspiracy against the colonized peoples are all constituent parts and fundamental pillars of the European colonialism. To understand why all these evildoings have been perpetrated worldwide by the Euro-cannibals, one must see the map of the world in three dates: 1490, 1785 and 1920. Before 520 years, there was still an Islamic state in Spain, there were still great indigenous kingdoms in America, and the Islamic world was ruled by many local authorities and kings, spanning from the Atlantic to the Pacific. Africa was constituted in a myriad of rather modest states, whereas China was living with the fresh memory of Emperor Yongle´s expansion up to the easternmost confines of Central Asia. Russia was an insignificant realm that had just managed to deter the Great Horde, and Western Europe was a multi-divided, poor, barbaric and uncivil circumference in turmoil. Before 225 years, America was occupied by and divided among five European colonial powers (Spain, Portugal, France, England, and Holland), after terrible genocides had taken place due to the forced Christianization of many subjugated indigenous peoples. The then recent formation of the US was viewed by the Founding Fathers as key to the elimination of the colonial scourge from the Western Hemisphere. The Islamic world was mainly under the control of three huge kingdoms, namely the Ottoman Empire (Islamic Caliphate), Safavid Iran, and Mughal India, although the latter had started being disintegrated due to the English – promoted Maratha Hindu kingdom and the increasing colonial presence of the English and the French. Islamic – Ottoman control over North Africa was still firm, and only in Africa´s coastal lands, European colonial presence was attested. Qing (Manchu) China was on the eve of the Messianic White Lotus rebellion that weakened the Manchu rule. Russia had risen to a significant European power due to the expansion in Siberia, the Far East, and more importantly, in the South (the Black Sea and the Caucasus region), although Central Asiatic Islamic states were still independent. Contrarily to almost the rest of the world, Europe was significantly stronger and wealthier due to the exploitation of the natural resources of the colonized territories, mainly in America and secondarily in India.
