Vapor pressure of aqueous methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) mixed with various concentrations of 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]) and 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazoliumdicyanamide ([bmim][DCA]) have been measured and compared with conventional solvents. A standard response surface methodology (RSM) design, namely central composite design (CCD) has been applied in this work to investigate the effects of temperature and concentration of Piperazine, [bmim][BF4] and [bmim][DCA] on the vapor pressure of aqueous 4 kmol m−3 MDEA. The vapor pressure data of aqueous 4 kmol m−3 MDEA mixed with ionic liquids ranging from 0 to 2.0 kmol m−3 and temperatures ranging from 30 to 80 °C, showed that the ionic liquids reduced the vapor pressure of solvents with the order of [bmim][DCA] > [bmim][BF4]. 요 약 MEA(monoethanolamine)와 PZ(piperazine)를 함침한 성형 제올라이트 13X 흡착제를 이용하여 연소배가스 중 이산 화탄소를 분리하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 MEA, PZ를 각각 30, 50, 70 wt%로 성형 제올라이트에 함침하였다. 함침된 성형 제올라이트 13X 흡착제에 대한 물성 평가를 위해 XRD, FT-IR, BET를 이용하였다. 이산화탄소 분리특성을 조사 하기 위하여, 성형 제올라이트, MEA 함침 성형 제올라이트, PZ 함침 성형 제올라이트에 대하여 25, 50, 75 o C에서 흡 착능을 조사하였다. 아민 함침 성형 제올라이트 흡착제는 온도가 증가할수록 흡착능은 감소한다. 최종적으로 연소배가 스의 배출온도인 50 o C에서 흡착능을 비교할 때, PZ가 함침된 성형 제올라이트는 성형 제올라이트보다 1.8배 그리고 MEA 함침된 성형 제올라이트보다 20배 이상의 이산화탄소 흡착능을 보였다. Abstract − In order to separate of carbon dioxide in the combustion exhaust gas, monoethanolamine (MEA) and pip-erazine (PZ) impregnated zeolite 13X adsorbents were used. A series of adsorbents were synthesized by impregnating 30, 50 and 70 wt% of MEA and PZ respectively on zeolite 13X pellet. XRD, FT-IR and BET were used to characterize the properties of impregnated pelletized zeolite 13X absorbents. In order to investigate the separation characteristics of carbon dioxide, zeolite pellet, MEA impregnated zeolite and PZ impregnated zeolite pellet were investigated at 25, 50 and 75 o C. Amine impregnated pelletized zeolite absorbent has shown that adsorption decreases with increasing temperature. Finally, the carbon dioxide adsorption capacity when emission temperature of the combustion exhaust gas, PZ impregnated zeolite pellet was 1.8 times than zeolite pellet as well as 20 times than MEA impregnated zeolite pellet.
