The use of mobile phones is everywhere and the mobile users must face the burden of carrying the chargers. Wireless
mobile charging ensures safety from shock as well as ensures increased convenience and protects the electronics from corrosion
as there is no exposure to atmosphere. A model is designed and simulated in LTSpice software, which provides five volts DC at
the output with current around one ampere. The model comprises of a transformer, transmitter and receiver.

Hoy en día la tecnología actual incluye medios de gran ancho de banda, así como el cable coaxial, fibra óptica y el espectro electromagnético terrestre y satelital, de las cuales hacemos un gran aprovechamiento de sus capacidades de transmisión; para optimizar la utilización del medio de transmisión, se ha desarrollado la multiplexación el cual es un conjunto de técnicas que permite la transmisión simultanea de múltiples señales a través de un único enlace en el tiempo tratándose de este caso por FDM, que bien lo dicen sus siglas la información se encontrará en un solo espectro de frecuencia que gracias a la ayuda de un demultiplexor y filtros podemos obtener la información trasmitida desde un principio.

For this assignment, we are required to design an op amp circuit which will solve the equation given. In our case, the equation is Vo = 0.5(V1+V2) – 3V2.
After hours of brainstorming and trial and error, we had successfully built, ran it in LTspice, and got the correct output voltage for each of the test input voltages by using this circuit:

In this paper a grid connected inverter is designed in Linear Technology simulator LTSpice. Keeping in mind that the grid connected inverter is very expensive a cheaper and simple inverter has been designed. We use highly efficient MOSFET switching along with efficient op-amps. We have used zero-crossing detector circuit to detect the grid frequency and make frequency synchronization. A 12 volt solar power is provided by the DC source and 12 volts pure sine wave AC generated which can be step-up to required level. We have used a real time analog pulse width modulator generating pulse width modulated signal at 7.75 kHz. This PWM output is applied to the H-Bridge switching circuit to generate sine wave output hence this switching signal SPWM. The output of the H-Bridge output is analogous to the SPWM. This signal has been filtered to reduce the harmonic distortion. We have used an efficient LCL filter to minimize the harmonic distortion in the output of inverter. The output of our inverter has the total harmonic distortion 0.3%. A MOSFET driver helps efficiently operate the MOSFET at high frequency. The efficiency of our design is more than 98%.

ABSTRACT Abstrak Salah satu karakterisktik dari kapasitor adalah adanya resistansi yang dinamakan ESR (equivalent series resistance). Nilai ESR pada kapasitor ini dapat menjadi faktor yang sangat berpengaruh pada unjuk kerja rangkaian dan sistem elektronika, terutama pada sistem catu daya tersaklar (SMPS). Nilai ESR juga dapat menjadi indikator utama dari kondisi kapasitor. Kapasitor yang telah terdegradasi sering masih menunjukkan nilai kapasitansi dalam rentang (range) toleransi dan masih menunjukkan tingkat tegangan listrik yang sesuai. Namun demikian kapasitor ini akan menunjukkan nilai ESR yang jauh lebih tinggi dari rata-rata nilai ESR pada kapasitor yang masih baik pada rating yang sama. Sekalipun merupakan parameter yang penting namun kebanyakan alat pengukur kapasitansi yang dijual di pasaran lokal tidak memiliki kemampuan untuk menguji kondisi ESR pada kapasitor. Selain itu perangkat yang memiliki kemampuan untuk pengukur nilai ESR umumnya berharga relatif mahal. Dalam makalah ini dibahas tentang ESR pada kapasitor (termasuk pengaruhnya terhadap unjuk kerja rangkaian) dan adaptasi terhadap rancangan asli dari alat penguji ESR kapasitor. Pengaruh nilai ESR pada rangkaian SMPS ditunjukkan melalui simulasi dengan LTspice. Adaptasi rancangan penguji ESR kapasitor dilakukan agar peralatan yang praktis dapat direalisasikan dengan menggunakan komponen yang umum tersedia secara lokal. Pengkajian terhadap rancangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat dipergunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran rangkaian dan sistem elektronika yang sederhana tetapi cukup komprehensif. Dengan pengkajian terhadap rancangan, adaptasi rangkaian serta pegujian terhadap bagian-bagian sistem yang direalisasikan diharapkan diperoleh peralatan penguji ESR kapasitor yang sederhana yang dapat secara mudah diduplikasi secara massal. Kemampuan untuk membuat peralatan penunjang pembelajaran secara mandiri akan mengurangi ketergantungan (sampai batas tertentu) terhadap peralatan impor yang mahal.

El objetivo de esta práctica es que con los conocimientos adquiridos de todo el curso sobre telecomunicaciones y las practicas realizadas anteriormente, construiremos un amplificador de RF que sea capaz de amplificar la señal del emisor de RF, donde este se encuentre en un ancho de banda el cual sea de uso libre y de alguna cierta potencia de transmisión (en la banda de 151MHz).

In order to develop more economical and ecologically friendly transformers it is necessary to know the losses throughout the product development process. There are several losses related to transformers, but in this particular case the focus will be on the resistive loss of the transformer. In order to measure this loss first the resonant frequency of the transformer is determined. Since at resonance the secondary side of the transformer is considered to be purely resistive. The aim of this paper is to design and build a closed loop measurement system that is able to perform this task.

Memristor (short for memory resistor) is the fundamental electronic device theoretically proposed by Chua in and physically designed in HP labs. The invention of physical memristor caused the significant interest among researchers. Many attempts for creation of precise device model were made. The new approach for memristor modeling was proposed basing on the device’s dimensions and material properties. The findings reveal interesting relations such as nonlinear relationship between the device area and the width of pinched hysteresis loop and positive relationship between resistivity of the device and the area inside the pinched-hysteresis loop.

Task One.
Write the spice code to represent a simple current mirror. Use a BSIM 3 or above model for MOSFET with L = 1u, W = 20u, and Vt = 0.5V, Vdd=5V. Perform and report the results of total harmonic distortion analysis.
Task Two
Using the SPICE simulation find the CMMR, power, area and frequency response of a differential amplifier with active current mirror loads. Include the SPICE codes, screenshots of simulation results, and clearly indicate all calculations.
The Differential Amplifier was built in LTspice, shown in the Figure below.
