Can anyone tell me if Providence is Tattoo friendly? We are looking to relocate and my husband has a lot of tattoos. We are relocating from Austin. Thanks

I don't think you'll have problem at all-anywhere in the state. I know lots of people with a large amount of (good, high quality) work and they're all gainfully employed in a variety of fields.
I work in a really stodgy, traditional office environment. The guy who sits next to me always wears long sleeves, but it's often very easy to see that his arms are entirely tattooed. His boss, who sits on the other side of the wall, wears short sleeves all the time in the summer, and he's got full tattoo sleeves on both arms, one patriotic (standout element: bald eagle with American-flag face) and one religious (standout element: gigantic crucifix). Got another co-worker, he's a real up-and-comer who keeps getting promoted. He's been getting more and more tattoos, many of which are heavy-metal themed.
eh .. tattoos are no big deal ... he'll look like just another dude with tats ... nothing to worry about
