Unfortunately, soon after moving to LV I've discovered that LV is not 24/7 at all and it's a marketing ploy The only thing truly 24/7 is gambling. Most everything else closes at like 10PM.

I'm aware of Ellis Island Cafe but could you please recommend another reasonable quality and affordable place that's open late? I prefer Strip/UNLV area but will consider any suggestions, thank you.

I've never run into any place closing, especially when you're talking about affordable eats. Every PTs, Village Pub, Sierra Gold, Blueberry Hill, etc are open 24 hours. I've also never been in a casino where there wasn't at LEAST one option for dining 24 hours. It's normally the cafes and diners that are 24 hour, not the other restaurants, but I'm surprised that you are having difficulty finding an open restaurant. When on the strip, I normally head to Peppermill, or keep going to Fremont, where there's an open restaurant in every casino.

Denny's.

Blueberry Hill (1280 S Decatur & 1505 E Flamingo) is open 24/7.

Many of the larger casinos have one diner that stays open 24/7.

Silver Sevens has a decent cafe. I used to eat breakfast there every morning when I drove cab.

Check out the Tuscany. Marilyn's Cafe is 24x7. Close to Silver 7's just past Flamingo and Paradise. And there is Cafe Verdi in the shopping center with Target at Maryland and Flamingo. Pizza and a lot of different Italian food.
