Talk about interesting views of immigrants...or even certain natives.
Ask 100 Mexicans who live in or have lived in Miami what they think of it, at least 95 of them will say they hate it because Cubans run it and want to keep them down.

Its all nonsense, victims creating a narrative for why they don't get what they want out of life.

Try 100 _Puerto Ricans. Same answer. So your victim thing does not play well.

I live right near Scoop right off Hollywood and My daughter is the only white kid at her bus stop. I don't even care. Everyone save for a few kids (which is to be expected) are quiet and leave me alone. There are 4-5 kids that play ball in the street in front of my house, but never late at night or even late into the evening. Hell, I haven't even had a car thumping drive past the house.

I love my east side neighborhood too and want to take a Spanish course once we are down there for our half-year trek to get away from the snow this winter. Our east LV gated complex is a mix of cultures...just like Canada...and I find that the Hispanic families are very family oriented and it is a joy to see whole families at the pool and recreation areas having picnics and birthday parties. It is sure a lot nicer being in the east side being a multicultural area than some of the unfriendly "I'm better than the rest of LV areas". One surprising thing I find, and I have spent time in LV since 1982, is that the teens in the east side always say hello or greet you when you walk by them. When we have been shopping or visiting parks or strolling around many other areas the teens won't even get out of the way for seniors much less acknowledge their existance. :-)

And that's all cool in all but it's way too 1 sided some of us want diversity and flavor.

Theres your problem..
All the white men are out to get you. We're all the same, right?

You preach about bigotry against minorities. Then how some are low class, but not everyones the same...so don't think about them all in the same way.
Then say the stupid **** you just wrote. The irony, man!
You have that oppressed thinking.

Yup, you'd fit right in on the east side. East of Hollywood so you're "upper" middle class and not "lower" middle class (West of hollywood)...if that's what you're looking for. Give it another 10 years and it will all be the same so you might want to think about how the value of the nicer homes will actual last as valuable homes.

I was born and raised on the East side of town. I still live here unfortunately, It's a **** hole. Nothing to do around here for singles. Anyone 18+ usually get out ASAP. It's a cancer for dragging H.S. kids into drugs and terrible schooling. No freeway access. Can't read the billboards. Crime has gone up (not sure statistically, but my neighborhood has). Section 8 has moved in. Hispanic neighbors who've been here for YEARS still pretend to not speak english when I try to approach them for literally anything. Yeah...super friendly people welcome to diversity over here!!

Good luck with your acceptable "diversity" search. All races are the same. Racists.

Somewhere middle to upper class if possible.
You could try an area like where I live - one of the old areas near Downtown. They used to be Rat Pack neighbourhoods then went downhill and are now being gentrified by hipsters. My neighbourhood is - I would estimate - majority hispanic, but a good mix of yuppies, like me (we like the old, groovy houses) hispanic families and old (mostly) Anglo and Italian residents, some of whom may have been members of the broken nose club, back in the day.
