We'll see how it goes.
Even recruiters don't get paid enough in Vegas. HAHA!

Good luck with your interview!

Yes, and I find it especially useful as I am switching industries. Mostly for networking, but like Shelly, who is probably my neighbor, I found an emperor's recruiter on LI and that was how I got any response from them and it has been my best link into the Las Vegas world of employment. I was also looking for white collar, back office jobs at the time and I was surprised when I finally connected with a real person. It is great for building a network and recruiters generally love connecting because it expands their network as well. Joining groups is another way to meet some people that are active. It is like anything else though; some people are very very helpful and have a pay it forward mindset. Some people are in it only for themselves. Good luck with it.

Shelly - my process took 5 months so hang in there. If you have any questions or want to compare notes, DM me and I'll share my experiences in more detail.

Anyway, because of LinkedIn networking, I pretty much know everything I need to know about my interviewer. He has only been with the company 9 months, has two bachelor degrees, 4 kids(profile picture), has switched jobs at least 3 times in the past 8 years. I think he is a Seahawks fan or possibly a bandwagon fan according to his FB page.(maybe I should bring this up)

I think I'm ready.
Good luck with your interview!
