I am coming to Wisconsin from Florida over Christmas. Part of me really misses the snow, but another part of me is glad I don't have to deal with it.

What is your location and how much snow did you get?

My mom is in Manitowoc and got 7 inches of snow. Oh how I miss the snow! I'll be lucky if I get a flurry in VA.

And the 1st one that isn't going to melt right away. The last few years we would get snow and then it would warm up and melt. Temps are going to stay cold for the next week or so.

I'm amused about the amount of snow we got and the amount predicted for tonight/tomorrow.

Various people, when I said I was planning on moving to Two Rivers, we don't get as much snow being close to the lake.

Having lived in Waukegan, Illinois for over 30 yrs. I know that lake business can work both ways and so far this year closer to the lake isn't helping! :-)

I don't mind I like it, last few years in Waukegan snow was not that big of a deal, less than normal.
