Default ARH long tube - no cat, need to pass safety/emission test in NOVA

I recently bought the car with this header and catback exhaust. I'm in NOVA. I need to find out what I need to do to pass the emissions/safety visual inspection.

Do I need to go back to OEM header and cats? If so, please let me know if you have a good place to purchase these on the cheap and maybe a shop that can do the swap-out job.

I have P0035/P0036/P0056/P0057 permanant code. I think when the last owner changed the exhaust, they got this. No engine light now, no fault code. Just the permanent code.

Any feedback will be much appreciated.

thanks,

only way to pass is to have cats installed in the x pipe past the header extend the o2 sensor wiring to be mounted pre and post cat and retune the car to eliminate the permanent codes.
or remove everything and go back to oem stock and retune to drop the codes.
