Georg Ingvald Adelly was born in Vardal, Norway on October 19, 1910. George was a Swedish musician, actor/comedian and singer who was popular in the 1950's. He had one hit song called "Fyra Skäggiga Furirer". Adelly appeared in 34 films between 1948 and 1984. He died in Gothenburg, Västra Götalands län, Sweden on October 26, 1997, at the age of 78.

Georg appeared in one Euro-western as a marathon runner in 1968’s “Under ditt parasol” (Under the Parasol).
