Who is eligible to apply?

In order to apply, an applicant must be a victim of domestic violence, rape, sexual assault or stalking as defined in M.G.L. c.9A. Applicants must provide evidence that disclosure of their address threatens their safety.  Applicants must have recently relocated or be willing to relocate to a new city/town in Massachusetts to an address that is unknown to the perpetrator. The new address may not be part of any pubic record of a city, town or state agency or a mail forwarding record of the United States Postal Service.
