Grant assistance

The Massachusetts SHRAB is the state-level review body for grant proposals submitted to the National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC). The Massachusetts SHRAB is available to provide guidance in determining appropriate grant project proposals as well as review of grant drafts. While the primary focus is on the NHRPC grants, the Massachusetts SHRAB is also available to assist with private grants or grants from other governmental agencies. Massachusetts Local History Conference

Through grant funding from the National Historical Publications and Records Commission (NHPRC), the SHRAB is pleased to sponsor the annual Massachusetts Local History Conference. Institutions who receive SHRAB assistance are encouraged to join and participate in the Mass History Commons.
