Education should be accessible to everyone who yearns to discover and pursue their passions, engage in service to others and lead a life of purpose. That core Jesuit belief is one reason why we offer students a robust financial support system that is based on each student’s demonstrated need. Doing so enables us to welcome talented and motivated students whose unique perspectives and contributions strengthen our community.
In order to ensure that a Holy Cross education is accessible to all admitted students, the College is committed to meeting 100 percent of demonstrated need, as calculated according to nationally recognized financial aid criteria.
Because we meet 100 percent of demonstrated need, almost all Holy Cross financial aid awards are determined based on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the PROFILE application from the College Scholarship Service (CSS) of the College Board.
You can start your financial aid application by visiting the FAFSA and PROFILE CSS websites. Be sure to include the Holy Cross codes with your aid application: The code for the FAFSA is 002141, and the code for the CSS is 3282.
To get an estimate of what your award may look like prior to submitting your application, try our easy-to-use financial aid calculators and quick cost estimator.
Our financial aid staff is here to answer any questions that may arise as you navigate the application process. Some students and families have special circumstances that aren’t easy to describe on financial aid forms; we are happy to assist you in representing your situation accurately. All financial aid questions and concerns remain strictly confidential.
