The CUC Guide and Ordinances of the University require that the University publish minutes of its Governing Council Meetings. Published minutes are available here:

Remuneration Committee minutes

Remuneration Committee is not chaired by the Chair of the Governing Council and the Vice-Chancellor is not a member. The Vice-Chancellor is invited to attend the meeting, but withdraws when her remuneration is discussed.

The Committee follows the guidance as set out in the CUC HE Senior Staff Remuneration Code (June 2018).
